Kalamazoo Stout

Kalamazoo Stout is one of Señor Larry Bell’s first recipes. It has a nice blend of chocolate, coffee and licorice. On top of all this, it conserves a slight hoppy background flavor. Usually stout’s are not my cup of tea but I won’t say no to this beer. I’m usually overwhelmed with the richness of stouts, and I can’t enjoy more than one drink…makes me sound like a complete drunk. Anyway, I prefer light crisp beers more balanced with strong hop flavorings. After a good meal though, I would definitely enjoy this beer as fine dessert.
Bell’s Brewery Company has definitely put Kalamazoo in the map for breweries worldwide. If you know you can get this beer and you haven’t tried it yet…do it.
I will unquestionably be posting all of Bell’s Brews
